Chefs Duskie Estes and John Stewart of Zazu Kitchen + Farm will celebrate the pig on Thursday, April 19, at Fresh Starts Chef Events.  Dave Budworth of Marina Meats in San Francisco will join them to explain how to get the best from various cuts of meat.

Chef Duskie has competed twice on the Food Network’s “The Next Iron Chef” along with leading the staff at Zazu in Sebastopol.  Her husband heads their Black Pig Meat Co., whose salumi has been honored by the Good Food Awards. They opened Zazu Kitchen + Farm in 2001.

Dave the Butcher is a longtime educator and customer favorite at Marina Meats, a purveyor of organic meats, who has appeared at Eat Real Fest in Oakland and other events.
