Now Chef-in-Residence at the Museum of the African Diaspora in San Francisco, Chef Bryant has written four cookbooks and makes regular speaking and television appearances to advance healthy eating for all. His work has been featured in The New York Times, Food and Wine, Gourmet and Sunset.
