Chef Joanne Weir, a PBS-TV presenter and award-winning cookbook author, joins Fresh Starts Chef Events on Thursday, Jan. 18, to lead a midwinter adventure to Morocco.

The presenter of “Joanne Weir Gets Fresh” and “Weir Cooking in Wine Country” on PBS-TV, who also is co-owner of Sausalito’s Copita restaurant, presents three refreshing courses. Her menu:

We’ll have her latest cookbook, “Kitchen Gypsy,” on hand, with Chef Joanne available to autograph your purchases.

Along with her cookbooks and television projects, Chef Joanne also leads culinary journeys, including two scheduled for Morocco in 2018.
