Chef Marc Dym of Little River Inn presents a taste of Mendocino on Thursday, Aug. 24, at Fresh Starts Chef Events, joined by North Coast Brewing Company with award-winning craft beers.

Trained at the Culinary Institute of America, the chef worked with restaurants from Texas and Pennsylvania to Antigua and Zurich. He has garnered top reviews for his American regional cuisine at the Little River Inn since 2006. His menu:
