Michelin-starred Chef Stefano Masanti joins V. Sattui Winery on Monday, July 9, at Fresh Starts Chef Events to offer a menu celebrating summer in Italy.

Chef Stefano spends his winter as chef-owner of Il Cantinone in his hometown of Madesimo in the Italian Alps, where he has become an advocate in Italy’s Slow Food movement. His restaurant has been recognized as one of the country’s top 60 by L’Espresso Guide.

At V. Sattui Winery in Napa, where he spends the summer as Events Chef with his wife Rafaella, Chef Stefano specializes in crafting food to match the award-winning wines.
