We’re enrolling a new class to start training at Fresh Starts Culinary Academy on Monday, April 8. Take the first step to spring forward with new career skills when you apply now online.

Trainees learn with professional chefs to build core skills and workplace experience. Along with ingredients and technique, trainees learn kitchen safety, food hygiene and customer service. There’s no enrollment fee for qualified applicants.

Our training is approved by the American Culinary Federation and gives students the chance to earn both Food Handler and ServSafe Manager certification at no cost. See the flyer in English or Spanish for more details.

Students will receive a $1,000 completion bonus at the end of the course, along with job placement support. Transportation assistance is available.
