Chef Cristina, a graduate of the French Culinary Institute in New York City, honed her skills as chef to wineries, superyachts and high-profile spots such as the erstwhile Julia’s Kitchen at Napa’s Copia center. A 2017 visit to Beirut, where her family has its roots, inspired her to rewrite the menu at Spread Catering to focus on elevated Lebanese cuisine.
We’ll also chat with Cindy Cosco of Passaggio, who recently opened a tasting room at historic Treasure Island in San Francisco.
