Entwine great taste and healthy eating on Thursday, Nov. 8, with Rebecca Katz, a Marin resident and author of best-selling cookbooks aimed at creating wellbeing and nourishment in the kitchen.

Chef Rebecca became a sought-after wellness expert as founder of the Healing Kitchens Institute at Commonweal, a health and environmental research center in Bolinas. She now leads a company called Healing Kitchens to promote wholesome food. Her menu:

Bella’s Carrot, Orange & Fennel Soup with Cashew Cream | Walnut, Date & Herb Salad | Roasted Chicken Thighs with Meyer Lemon Confit, Herb Drizzle & Celery Root Mash | Insanely Good Chocolate Brownies

She won awards from the International Association of Culinary Professionals with “The Cancer-Fighting Kitchen” in 2010 and was a 2014 finalist for “The Longevity Cookbook.” We’ll have cookbooks available — get a special autograph from the chef!
