Start the New Year building skills for a new career path at Fresh Starts Culinary Academy. Our next 10-week class starts on Monday, Jan. 8.
Apply now online for 10 weeks of hands-on learning in culinary techniques and front of house service. Students also receive career coaching and job placement support to transition into the workforce. We offer a $1,000 bonus to students upon completion.
The training at Fresh Starts Culinary Academy is approved by the American Culinary Federation. Trainees learn in our 3,500-square-foot professional kitchen in Novato and may have the opportunity for paid employment outside of training hours.
In a typical year, 85% of students find employment within 30 days of completing the training. They work in restaurants, school kitchens, grocery stores, catering and more.
