Do you want to turn a passion for cooking into a career? Apply now for 10 weeks of hands-on training at Fresh Starts Culinary Academy. You can download an application to submit at your interview or apply online now.
This award-winning program offered by Homeward Bound of Marin includes core cooking skills and front of house service. Students also receive career coaching and job placement support to transition into the workforce. We are now offering a $1,000 bonus to students upon completion.
The training at Fresh Starts Culinary Academy is approved by the American Culinary Federation. Students learn in our 3,500-square-foot professional kitchen in Novato and may have the opportunity for paid employment outside of training hours.
In a typical year, 85% of students find employment within 30 days of completing the training. They work in restaurants, school kitchens, grocery stores, catering and more.
See the flyer in Spanish or English for more details. Please contact Chef Andrew Wild by email or call 415-382-3363 x231 to schedule an interview or get information about how to get cooking with us!
