The training team has expanded the curriculum to 11 weeks of hands-on learning in core culinary skills. Our job-training course includes cooking techniques, ingredients and equipment, kitchen hygiene and the opportunity to earn Food Handler and ServSafe Manager certification.
Along with kitchen activities, trainees will learn customer service skills and participate in classroom sessions with time for professional development, financial literacy and job placement support. This tuition-free training is approved by the American Culinary Federation and offers a $1,000 completion bonus. Transportation assistance is available and uniforms are provided.
