Ready to enjoy picnic season? Join us at the big one – Le Grand Pique-Nique to celebrate the 90th birthday of Chef Jacques Pépin. The event on Saturday, Oct. 25, is part of a dinner series to benefit the Jacques Pépin Foundation, which generously supports our Fresh Starts Culinary Academy.
Our team will work with Chef Roland Passot to create small bites for the illustrious guests at the reception in COPIA’s Hestan Kitchen in Napa. See https://lnkd.in/gAzBaVH4 for tickets and details.
The Jacques Pépin Foundation has been a key funding partner for our 11-week training program in core culinary skills, which enrolls up to 40 trainees each year from our programs as well as the broader community. This tuition-free course prepares students to open careers in culinary arts and service. Our mission-based businesses, Wagster Treats dog biscuits and The Key Room event venue, provide supportive employment to nurture career development.
Thanks to foundation support, our team looks forward to the opportunity of working among a sparkling cast of renowned chefs at this event.
